I am a yoga teacher based in North Pembrokeshire, Wales, drawn to the meeting point of movement, breath, and the natural world.
Breathe in. Breathe out. Sometimes it really is that simple—our yoga practice begins with presence.
Yoga has been evolving for thousands of years, rooted in ancient India and shaped by the wisdom of the Vedas, the Upanishads, and the Yoga Sutras. It's a tradition that reaches far beyond the mat, offering a framework for living with awareness, balance, and integrity.
From asana (physical postures) and pranayama (breathwork) to dhyana (meditation) and svadhyaya (self-study), yoga’s eight limbs guide us toward union—of body, mind, and spirit. These practices help us pause, pay attention, and peel back the layers that keep us from our truest selves.
is a dynamic, breath-guided practice built around flow. Each pose blends into the next in sequences that energise the body and quiet the mind. It offers a full spectrum—strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration—while encouraging creative expression and a deep connection to breath.
brings in a different rhythm—one of stillness and introspection. Postures are held for several minutes, working gently into the fascia and connective tissues. It’s a meditative practice that teaches patience and surrender, offering space to notice, release, and simply be. The stillness often reveals what movement may overlook.
Yoga has been part of my life for over a decade, helping me build strength, mobility, and flexibility while also guiding me through challenges like lower back pain, muscular tension, anxiety, and panic disorder. It’s a practice that continues to evolve, and I love sharing its benefits with others.
I’m a 500-hour Yoga Alliance Certified teacher, trained at Bristol School of Yoga under the guidance of Laura Gilmore and Kitty Billings. My approach blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern neuroscience, offering a science-based, trauma-aware practice that helps students navigate stress and anxiety with greater ease. I’m committed to continuous learning, deepening my knowledge through ongoing study, training, and exploration of new techniques.
My teaching style is nurturing, wholesome, joyful, and heartfelt—like a warm hug for the soul. Expect classes that feel both energizing and restorative—a mix of creative Vinyasa flows, deeply soothing Yin and restorative poses, and plenty of space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. I believe yoga should be accessible, welcoming, and fun, and I’m constantly learning to bring new depth and insight to my teaching.
If you’re curious about practicing with me, I’d love to hear from you! Whether you’re looking to build strength, find relaxation, or simply explore yoga in a safe and supportive space, you’re always welcome.
